# Redactar y Enviar 

* Para redactar un mensaje, primero deberá hacer clic en la opción  ( ![](/files/9kYf66Js9OK65PgbNsYc) )
* En esta sección podrá ingresar el **asunto** del mensaje y, si lo desea, adjuntar un **archivo** como una imagen, documento, entre otros.

* Aquí podrá escribir el contenido del mensaje. Esta área cuenta con varias herramientas de formato de texto y opciones adicionales para **insertar archivos, documentos, videos, imágenes** y otros recursos, además de acompañarlo de un audio si lo desea.

* Al seleccionar los destinatarios, podrá elegir a quién desea enviar el mensaje: docentes o personal administrativo. También contará con la opción de **buscar por cargo o por departamento** o buscar por nombre. En la parte inferior de la pantalla se mostrarán los destinatarios seleccionados a quienes se dirigirá el mensaje.

* Antes de enviar el mensaje, podrá marcar la opción para recibir una copia del mismo en su correo electrónico. Luego, encontrará los botones para **Enviar** o **Cancelar** el envío del mensaje.

* Una vez enviado el mensaje, podrá visualizarlo en la sección **Enviados**, ubicada dentro de la bandeja de mensajes.
