# Bandeja de Mensajes

* Podrá ingresar haciendo clic en el módulo de **Mensajes (**![](/files/OIAyhF9FWSO6hznjESHz)**)**, ubicado en el menú principal de la Agenda Virtual.

* Para buscar un mensaje tendrá un filtro de búsqueda que permite localizar un mensaje a través de parámetros proporcionados.

* Dentro de esta sección podrá redactar un nuevo mensaje haciendo clic en **"Nuevo"**, actualizar su bandeja con la opción **"Actualizar"**, mover mensajes a la **"Papelera"** para eliminarlos, y marcar los mensajes como **leídos** o **no leídos** según su necesidad.

* Aquí encontrará todos los mensajes recibidos. Para revisar sus mensajes **enviados** o los que están en la **papelera**, puede navegar por las secciones correspondientes dentro del mismo módulo.
